Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Can’t locate your tracking number? Please contact us at support@edelglas.com.

Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped with Australia Post (which are then transferred to your local carrier) or Sendle.

Click and Collect

Click and collect is only available as indicated on the website at the time of checkout. Orders must be collected within three weeks or before the last day of trade, whichever comes first. Orders that are not collected will be cancelled and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged goods

Once receive your order, please check your purchase for any damage or errors within 3 business days.If there’s a problem, please send photos to support@edelglas.com, with your name and order number as the subject line. Our customer service team will be in touch to organise a replacement or refund as required.
If an item you have purchased is found to be damaged or unavailable prior to shipping, we will provide a full refund of this item.

International Shipping

International shipping is available all around the world. Please note we have different stock availabilities in our different locations; as such, your order may take longer to arrive and/or arrive in two separate deliveries if being shipped from a warehouse further from your location. Please note not all items are available to ship to all locations due to size and weight restrictions; our customer support team will be in contact if your order is affected.
